Purpose: this policy explains how DearDonaldBook.com handles contact-form, order-support and update-list information. It is a practical site policy and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before high-volume sales.

Information collected

When you use the contact or Inner Circle forms, the site collects the name, email address, selected topic and message you submit. The contact endpoint may also include the page URL, IP address, browser user-agent and submission time in the support email and private backup submission logs for spam prevention, troubleshooting and security.

How the information is used

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, provide backup order support, send release-cycle updates if you joined the update list, and handle delivery or collector-edition questions.

Payments and checkout

Edition checkout is intended to be handled through Paul Holt Books and its payment provider. Do not send card details by email or through the contact form. DearDonaldBook.com does not need to store card numbers.

Sharing

Information may be handled by the site mailbox provider, the working Paul Holt support mailbox route, hosting provider, Paul Holt Books fulfilment route, and any payment provider used for checkout. Information is not sold as a mailing list.

Retention

Enquiry and support emails are retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage orders, release updates, disputes, technical support, accounting, or legal records. You may request deletion where retention is no longer required.

Your choices

You can ask to be removed from the update list or request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@deardonaldbook.com.
